What I like best is the easy of use, as well as the flexibility to customize the screen and adjust what I want to see according to what I'm working on at the moment. One of the most useful features, is how easy it is do add and remove pages from a document, it makes assembling submittal packages a breeze with the additional benefit of looking very professional.
What do you dislike?
That the version that I have does not allow me to edit form fields.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you come from using an Adobe product, be sure to take the time and look at all of the options to customize the Bluebeam interface to your liking, once you do that, you'll find that it's as powerful and as easy to use as any other product. Also, there are multiple tutorials out there that I would recommend looking at so that you get a better idea of what the software can do (something that I regularly use is the "Reduce File Size") , that way the tool bag grows and your PDFs become more usable / efficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work in construction, so Bluebeam Revu is an excellent tooll to review drawings, put together back up for change orders, digitally sign documents. In short, it's an invaluable tool in the quest of going paperless.
Bluebeam Revu is top notch!

What do you like best?
I like the ability to manipulate PDFs, to digitally markup documents and makes notes, and combine and edit files and documents. It is very versatile and has tons of options and features to work with.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much that I don't like. I suppose I don't like having to click on each file to close it. I would like a list or window that you can pick files to close. Also, I guess there are a lot of features I don't know about or don't use, and I would like to know more about them or help to use them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly consider using Bluebeam if you are in the engineering and construction industry.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We can easily mark up plans and documents and send back out for review. I can edit a PDF document rather than have to go scan and upload. It saves time and effort.

Tailored specific to the construction review industry, lots of features, customization and flexibility. Being able to use this on an all-in-one, desktop, tablet, laptop and completely customize the UI to support different screen sizes is a definite perk.
What do you dislike?
Occasional issues with slow rendering related to software updates done by bluebeam and slow turn around time on bug fixes submitted to bluebeam support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase maintenance and enough licenses to last for a long time. The per seat price has nearly doubled in 4 years and once you have purchased the licenses and continue to pay maintenance on them you keep them and they upgrade to the newest version. We also use bluebeam enterprise which helps us manage the licenses more efficiently. Instead of having to email to revoke licenses etc we can simply use their portal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Construction plan review would be completely cumbersome and almost impossible with Adobe or other pdf editing documents.
